TM17pro is America’s largest independent soccer agency — operating in 36+ cities, with programs in Hamburg and RC Lens, France. Everything we do is grounded in European coaching methodology and a scientific foundation built across two Master’s degrees, a UEFA B license, and decades of research.
TM17pro was founded by Mirko and Marion Dieseler — parents of four elite soccer players, originally from Hamburg, now based in Charleston, South Carolina. They built what they once wished had existed: a scientifically grounded, genuinely European approach to youth soccer development, available to families across America.
Mirko holds a Master of Sports Science, a Master of Education, and a UEFA B License. Marion is a qualified Music Therapist, Family Therapist, and holds a Master of Education. Together they bring academic depth and lived experience to everything TM17pro does.
